Yes. It is a good way we can provide better care to you if you bring any your previous medical records to the visit. However, if you don't have the record, you just come in and tell us your medical history.

Any lab tests, diagnostic imagines reports (x-ray, MRI, CT, ultrosound, etc.), and note or summary from clinic visit or discharge instructions from hospital or ER visit are in your hand.
